The goals of spirit are experience; wisdom; balance and harmony.  Every spirit that focuses upon the Earth in an incarnation, becomes out of balance and harmony during these physical experiences and so is attracted back to incarnations over and over again in order to try to achieve such. 

Imbalance is created due to too great emphasis upon the emotional values that prevail upon the Earth. For example, developing a tremendous love of money or power  creates disharmony in the spirit and so  spirit will be drawn back again and again until such Imbalance is restored to balance.

It is important for you to understand why you are experiencing those things in your life which are repeated over and over again, and try to see always what your motivations truly are. For this you must be honest with yourself - something people on Earth rarely are, always do they firmly put blame upon others. 

To help yourselves out of this wheel of rebirth, ask yourself just exactly  what you  have contributed to each and every situation you find yourselves in. Thus the next time you attract similar conditions to you, you will be more able to handle things differently, and your life will change for the better. 

This is the whole purpose of Reincarnation - you seek wisdom which  brings to you balance and harmony in all things.    Nothing more - nothing less.
