Course info / description / content. Course Information.
Course Description. Courses designed to increase awareness to the natural 'hands-on' healing method, and to develop participants natural abilities, understanding and spiritual awareness, created within an interdenominational environment. 'You Can Become a Healer!' A person who has the compassion and desire to give to others in the form of healing and all that it entails can become a successful, practising healer. Simply at the basic level you will become a relaxation therapist and at best you will make positive beneficial changes to the lives of those you heal. The College Courses are designed to develop the prospective trainee healer in the aspects and skills of practical spiritual healing. The format of each lesson is usually to have approximately one hour of knowledge input, with questions answered and then approx. one hour of practical healing practice. There is normally a break for coffee/tea between the two parts of the session. Although the hands do not normally touch the body of the patient, it is often called 'hands-on' healing. Each student will alternate during healing practice sessions as both healer and 'patient'. The courses successfully address the gaining of knowledge in the student, coupled with acquiring the skills of actual healing, resulting in a positive change of attitude and understanding. On each course you will learn about every aspect of healing conforming to a recognised Code of Conduct and Training programme, as well as meditation, being aware of your own spirituality and a realisation of self. Students come from many walks of life from housewife to hospital worker, from the unemployed to the unbeliever, from the manager to the man in the street.
The courses are very
comprehensive, and train and develop healers to a very professional
standard that would withstand scrutiny by any examining body. Of course you can simply heal yourself and your own family, but many of previous years' students have become insured, accredited, practising healers working from home or own practise, in healing centres, part of hospital staff, working in hospices and even organising and running own healing centres.
