On arriving at Tillicoultry from the west along the A91 from
Alva, you cannot help but notice the Tillicoultry Golf Course, the home of
"Tillicoultry Golf Club", on your left
hand side.
It nestles at the base of the slopes and rises towards the hills. A very
picturesque and challenging nine hole course which is well worth a visit.

On arriving at Tillicoultry
from the west along the A91 from Alva, on your right hand side is the Public
Park which contains the home rugby pitch used by the "Hillfoots Rugby
Football Club".
The clubhouse is sited at the south end of the park in a former mill
building, accessed by driving down Lower Mill Street and crossing the bridge
at the end of the park.

On arriving at Tillicoultry
from the west along the A91 from Alva, you turn left at "The Royal Arms" up
Upper Mill Street. Then take the 3rd turning on the right into Frederick
Street.
Continue straight along until
you come to the school playing fields on your left. The Dry Ski Slope is
sited within the playing fields and is visible at this point.
