HEADS  (SIDES) PROMENADE  -  2  LINES OF FOUR   First
and 3rd couples promenade round the outside of the set.  When nearly
back to own places the 1st couple lines up on the right of 4th couple,
and the 3rd couple lines up on the right of 2nd couple.
  9 - 12 FORWARD UP EIGHT  &  BACK   The two lines of four with
hands joined walk three steps forward and close without weight, and
three steps back and close.
 13 - 16 RIGHT  &  LEFT THROUGH   The lines of four execute a right
and left with opposite couples crossing to opposite places
