Printing Tips   GFD  Club Programme 2005  -  A4 and Credit Card Size

When you are about to print the programme after clicking the A4 or 80mm x 55mm options below:-

1.   Click File  on the top left menu bar  -  then Click Page Setup...  on the drop down menu.
          In Paper dialogue box,  ensure the "Paper Size" is set to  A4 [210 x 297 mm].
          Delete Header (&w&bPage &p of &P) and Footer (&u&b&d) dialogue box entries.
          Ensure the "Orientation" dialogue box is set to  Portrait.
          Reduce all page margins from 19.05mm to 0.0mm in Margins [millimetres] dialogue box,
          then click  OK to save settings.
          Note: after a trial print, you may need to individually increase Left and Top margins by
          up to 8mm to centralise the page layout, depending on make of printer.

2.   Click File  on the top left menu bar  -  then Click Print...  on the drop down menu.
          Depending on make of printer, browse the Properties Boxes
          or Option Tabs and set:-
                Paper Size to A4 [210 x 297 mm].
                Page Orientation to Portrait.
                Print Quality to Best  [600 x 600 dots per inch or better].
                Scale to 100%   Un-check any Fit to Page or Scale Reduction boxes as necessary.
                Click  Apply  to save settings,  then click Cancel to close the print dialogue box.

A4 Size Click here        then Click the printer icon to print an A4 size programme.

80 x 55mm Click here   then Click the printer icon to print a Credit Card size programme.
