Printing Tips   Guildford Folk Dancers  Golden Anniversary Club Programme 2007

1.  Before clicking the options listed below, adjust Microsoft Internet Explorer Page Setup settings :-

      i.e.  Click File  on the top left menu bar,  then from the drop down menu  click Page Setup...

   (a)  Set A4 [210 x 297 mm]  Paper Orientation to Portrait.

   (b)  Delete all Header and Footer dialogue text box entries.

   (c)  Set Page Margins:   Top = 10mm   Left = 10mm  Right = 10mm   Bottom = 15mm.

   n.b.  these page margins suit HP deskjet printers - other makes may require adjustment,
   check print preview layout before printing.

   (d)  Click  OK to save settings and exit.

2.  Click one of the following print options, then click your printer icon.

(a)  Print Single Page

(b)  Print Dual  Page 1   (when done,  re-insert page 1  to print page 2 back to back)

(c)  Print Dual  Page 2
