1. Before clicking the printing options listed below, adjust your Microsoft Internet settings :-
i.e. Click Tools on the top menu bar, then from the drop down menu click Internet Options...
i Click the Advanced tab.
ii Scroll down to the Printing entry and check the box to print background colors and images.
iii Click Apply and OK to save settings and exit.2. Click one of the following print options, then click your printer icon.
