Printing Tips   Visitors:  Web Club Programme 2009

1.  Before clicking the options listed below, adjust Microsoft Internet Explorer Page Setup settings :-

      i.e.  Click File  on the top left menu bar,  then from the drop down menu  click Page Setup...

   (a)  Set A4 [210 x 297 mm]  Paper Orientation to Portrait.

   (b)  Delete all Header and Footer dialogue text box entries.

   (c)  Set Page Margins:   Top = 10mm   Left = 10mm  Right = 8mm   Bottom = 15mm.

   n.b.  these page margins suit HP deskjet printers - other makes may require adjustment,
   check layout preview before printing.

   (d)  Click  OK to save settings and exit.

2.  Click one of the following and print programme.

     Print Sheet 1   (when done,  re-insert sheet 1  to print sheet 2 back to back)

     Print Sheet 2
