We are already established, recognised and highly
regarded in Spain with our Main Office on Poniente Beach Nr To Benidorm. It is
planned to duplicate this office with One on both the Costa Del Sol and
Mallorca as opposed to directing our Clients to other Agencies all of our
Clients will be directed to Our Offices with commissions being split equally
between the Our UK and Spanish Offices. It is also planned that the new offices
will quickly become Property Management and Letting Agents and Agents for
Residential Sales therefore producing extra income to the already satisfactory
income projected.
Based upon our Year 2003/4 sales and to date, the
projected income from commercial sales alone has already been exceded in the first year.
The type of people we are looking for to become
partners in our business are: hard working, family type who want high earnings
have a pleasant personality and care about people and their future. Our
criteria is quite strict but will ensure we appoint the correct people and
maximise earnings for all concerned.
