     Frances Willan was born circa 1805 at Brighton, Sussex.2,3 She married Rev Charles Almeric Belli, son of John Belli and Elizabeth Stuart Cockerell, on 14 November 1827 at All Souls Church, St Marylebone, Middlesex.1 She died on 3 August 1869, aged 64; her death was registered during the third quarter within Billericay RD, Essex.4,5,3 She was buried at St Peter's Churchyard, South Weald, Essex.4
