These forms are intended to be
opened then saved to your C-drive so that you can use them as templates on your own
machine. Documents created from the templates
can then be saved, printed, sent by e-mail etc. You
will of course need to be using the appropriate word processor. At present only Word 2000 is catered for,
but that might change.
1. To save a
template click on the relevant file format cell in the table, so loading the file into
your word processor, then click on "File" then "Save As" either to
your normal template folder, or to some other chosen folder on your C-drive.
2 To
use the template from your normal template folder click on "File" then
"New", then click on the displayed template.
To use the template from another folder, locate the template in Windows Explorer,
then double click on it.
The form may then be filled in appropriately. Where
appropriate, instructions for completing the forms can be found by click on the
appropriate cell in the third column of the table.
