I'm licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants in full compliance of safety standards and feature fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

A very friendly and competent management company are available 24 hours a day should any unforeseen problem arise. Additional equipment such as cots and high chairs are available from them company for an additional charge. This additional equipment must be requested when the initial booking is made.

I'm a beautiful model, fully air conditioned and am located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the gated community of Southern Dunes just outside of Haines City.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a quiet residential area situated on a championship golf course that's currently rated number 51 in America by Golf Week magazine. The surrounding countryside is covered with orange groves galore - the smell of which is heavenly during blossom time!

As well as the immaculate golf course, there is also the golf clubhouse with it's excellent full service restaurant and bar, a golf shop, a communal pool, a clubhouse with a small gym and pool table, a children's play area, free tennis courts, basketball and a lake.

Just outside the gates of Southern Dunes, about 7 minutes walk away is a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore where you can buy all your essential groceries and much more besides.

Southern Dunes, and me, are situated 7 miles off exit 23 of the I-4 some 30 minutes away from Orlando Airport, downtown Orlando and Church Street Station. There are loads of places to visit near me and they don't take too long to get to either.
25 minutes travel will take you to Universal Studios and Wet n Wild; 20 minutes will get you to Sea World; and Disney World;
and just 12 minutes travel will take you to the beautiful Cypress Gardens.
It will only take 45 minutes to get to Busch Gardens and the beaches of Tampa and Clearwater can easily be reached within an hour.
The beaches on the east coast along with the Kennedy Space Centre can be reached in just over the hour. Also in that general area is the Astronaut Hall of Fame.
