Gila was a wonderful cat. Unfortunately just after Christmas 1998 she died whilst recovering from an exploratory operation. The vet confirmed it was either a blood clot or heart attack and I felt that to open her up again to find out was not fair.

Gila gave me such joy and happiness. She was a very independent cat and it was an honour for her to grace your lap for a cuddle. Everybody she met fell in love with her because she was so affectionate and also so very regal.

A truly aristocratic cat.

Gila will always hold a very special place in my heart and my darling is buried in a corner of my garden and although she is no longer here she is not forgotten.
