I live in a small village/town just outside Worthing.
The South Downs are on either side of us as we live in the Valley. You can
see the Valley from the picture. We are
sheltered at the foot of the rolling South Downs which form a beautiful backdrop
to the town. These gently rolling hills stretch for miles and provide
magnificent views of the Sussex coast and countryside. There are many
scenic picnic spots, well marked footpaths and two ancient iron-age sites.
We live very close to Cissbury Ring and the views from the top
are astounding as you can see from the above picture.
Worthing is an all year round
resorted on the mild coast of West Sussex. The charming seafront has a
long flat promenade with Victorian decorative lights and colourful flower
borders. The seafront is five miles long and on many a summer's evening we
stroll along the promenade and sit outside a pub for a drink. It is just
like being on holiday!!!!!!!
