| Payment Terms: A deposit of £50
is required at the time of booking. Final balance due before
your arrival. |
| Bedding: One set of bedding & towels
will be supplied per bed per week. Beds will be made up for
your arrival. Should you require any additional sets throughout
the week then these will be charged at £10 per bed.
Any damage to bedding or towels will be taken from the damage
deposit. You are welcome to bring your own bedding and if
there is a likelihood of "accidents" then we recommend
this. We regret having to take these steps but this is due
to abuse of our hospitality by some guests. |
Damage Deposit: We ask also when
you send your final balance of payment to include a separate
cheque for £50 for damages that may be incurred. We
will return this cheque within a week of your departure once
the property has been inspected. (Last season I had some serious
damage to the barn which is why I've had to introduce this.
