My Experience


I work as a freelance trainer and consultant. Current and recent work includes:

carrying out process improvement consultancy for a public service organisation - this included developing and delivering a course to develop process improvement skills in-house;

developing and delivering management training for a local management college;

delivering project management and process technique training for a national training organisation;

developing and delivering a course on setting up and running a Programme Office for a national systems consultancy.

Before this I worked for Mobil Oil Company Ltd, where I:

managed IT training in the UK;

managed training for a major SAP implementation;

was one of the management team for a major SAP implementation;

set up and ran computer Information Centre and Help Desk;

developed and delivered management and communication skills training.

Prior to this I worked as a systems analyst and programmer for various companies; although that was a VERY long time ago!
