After starting a successful cake decorating business we decided to expand into the retail side and opened a shop selling cake decoration and other items including hire good such as cake stands and knives.
As part of the business I would often be asked to talk & demonstrate Sugar Craft at Schools & women's institutes as well as teach at the local college for 3 years which took a great deal of time out of my working week.
I still found time to enter competitions and gain Gold, Silver & numerous other awards for my designs & creations.Which brings me to today and my new company,
