There are many file sharing programs around nowadays, and if you are going to use one then use Kazaalite from www.kazaalite.com. But I prefer the direct approach, and being on a modem I find the downloads are always faster. R.J.©

MP3 Media World Huge site which links indirectly to files, most of them are good leads. *****
MP3 Top 40 I love this site, plus all the files are in mp3 pro format making them smaller and faster to download. Make sure you get the mp3 pro winamp plug-in to play them. Its linked on the site *****
MP3 Delivery Singles, albums etc and links to other site, I've given it a good rating even though it has pop-ups because there is so little to choose from in the http mp3 scene at the moment. *****
MP3Bul  Very fresh looking site, the downloads worked when I tried it, and quite fast too *****
Quick MP3  Netherlands based site that carries the latest full albums *****
MP3's Hits Again a very nice site but it updates haphazardly, I'll keep an eye on it. ****
Supermusic NU  Great for newest albums releases ****
MP3's 4 free Another great site for the archive, also has current charts too, excellent source of mpeg music videos!! ****
21st Century Not a bad site, very professional but a bit hard to navigate! ****
Deluxe MP3 Hits Nice site, you will need to get properties plus for easy file renaming. This is an excellent site. UK top 20. European top 20. MTV top 20. Dance charts. In a world of disappearing sites this comes as a blessing. Lots of pop-ups!! ****
Music Curve UK site offering the weekly top ten, plus more, This site has improved greatly, although more updates would be welcomed. Carries billboard 100. Much Music Chart, U.K. top 20 plus other charts. Get properties plus to quickly rename the files back to mp3 format once downloaded. ****
Look 4 Sound From the makers of SALON, a nice site with good updates. Extensive back catalogue as well, with a very usefull search engine that is quick and simple ****
Unicorn Mp3 Archive Site is useful, ignore the language barrier and have a good look through the archives. ***
MP3 Shock Have a look for yourselves, I can't make up my mind  about this site! Dont download the gaming program it tries to install. ***
1st MP3er Site has not been updated since last December, some of the files are still on the server so grab them whilst you can. ***
