HOW TO USE
Landscaping Compound
A new compound which contains natural fibres mixed with a high mechanical strength plaster.
Instructions for use.
Prepare the area to be landscaped by using broken pieces of polystyrene placed about two inches apart, or alternatively you may use crumpled balls of newspaper. Pour the compound into a washing up bowl or a similar sized bowl, add water in a ratio of two parts compound, to one and a half parts water. Mix thoroughly by hand until all the lumps are incorporated. Tear off about ten sheets of plain white kitchen roll, preferably high quality for strength. Place one sheet into the bowl and immediately turn it over to cover both sides. Carefully lift it out and allow the excess to drip off. Place the soaked sheet across the landscape, starting from the top and repeat with the next sheet working your way across. Continue until you have built up several layers and then allow to dry for two to three days. Make up a colourwash of black or brown and apply to the top of the landscape, allow the wash to run down the landscape collecting in the crevices quite naturally. The effect is stunning!
