Fellow Bowlers

I would like to start by thanking the Management Committee for re-selecting me to continue in the prestigious position of Y.C.B.A. Team Manager for another three years.

In the coming year I will work With the Team Captain and the Youth Team Development Officer to ensure that we continue to promote and encourage the youth talent we have coming through from the B & C teams and the junior ranks It will be pleasing to see our youth talent playing alongside our senior players and hopefully this year through dedication and teamwork we will achieve the success each team deserves.
 

Unfortunately 2008 was not as successful for us as 2007, however we did again win the Armstrong Trophy which was a fantastic result for the C team, and my congratulations go to you all.

Finally I would like to thank the Committee, the Selectors and the Youth Team Development Officer for their support in 2008 and wish our new president Mr Burnell and Team Captain Mr C. R. Kelly every success for the year ahead.
