We have a family retreat.  Every weekend during the summer we take ourselves off to our other life in the country.  This is a caravan site with a very special difference.

As you can see from these pictures, it involves a lot of dressing up.  There are fancy dress dances and amateur shows put on by the campers.  But the ironic thing, is that what makes it so special is quite the opposite of dressing up.

the go5.gif (83488 bytes)  One of the shows we do on a regular basis is a mime show.  This is me and Theresa miming to Meat Loaf singing "I would do anything for love"
the go3.gif (48418 bytes)  This is me and Theresa doing Brian Adams and Bonny Rait singing "Rock Steady"
the go4.gif (90037 bytes)  Joe Cocker  and Jenifer Warnes Singing "Up where we belong"
the go1.gif (68075 bytes) the go2.gif (51029 bytes) "Roman Night"(most other people went dressed in sheets)
This is us at a "Medieval Night" (you cant see my green pointy boots.  Pitty, I spent ages sewing them together.)
