There is a video tape with a live performance of the song 'Blue Mist' featuring Grant Green, Kenny Burrell and Barney Kessel!!! Recorded live at Ronnie Scott's in London in 1969. It is called 'Legends of jazz guitar, vol 2' and it is available from Music Sales Limited (OV 11320).
