IMPORTANT NOTES

• Payment Details are given on the Booking Form.
• The Swimming Pool is open from mid May - 30 October. The cost of cleaning and the use of chemicals is reflected in the price of the property.
• Prices for smaller parties and out of season breaks of less than one week may be discussed with the Owner.
• A Refundable Breakage Deposit is required for all groups. Up to and including an occupancy of 12 persons, for 2 weeks, it is £500, thereafter an additional £50 per person must be added. For periods in excess of 2 weeks an additional £100 per week must be added.
• Return of Refundable Breakage Deposit, less any necessary deductions, will be made within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period. Refunds made to or through overseas banks often incur additional charges.
• Linen is included in the price and consists of bed linen, bath and hand towels, (not swimming) bath mats and tea towels. Sheets and pillow cases are changed weekly during Peak Season.
• Beds will all be made up and ready for use on arrival. Please indicate the number of single and double beds required on the booking form. All double beds in the house are 5' 0" wide and single beds are 3' 0" wide.
• Use of spare beds in the house in excess of those agreed with the Owner, which results in additional laundering of bed linen, will result in a deduction being made from the Refundable Breakage Deposit. The two 'Z' beds are reserved for bookings of numbers over 12 persons.
• Reduction of rentals for holidays in excess of 2 weeks is by arrangement.
• Changeover day is on Saturday. Please do not arrive before 4.00 p.m. and depart by 10.00 am. The cleaning team start clearing bedrooms at 8.30 am on changeover days.
• Condition on arrival and departure It is expected that the accomodation and items will be left in the same state of cleanliness (except linen and towels) and general order in which it was found and with the various items of furniture and effects left in the places where they were situated on Arrival Day.
• Central Heating may be provided at the cost of fuel used plus a small service charge. It is all inclusive at Christmas time.
• Logs for use during Winter lets may be arranged and paid for direct with the Key-holder on arrival.
• Babies and Children must be included in your occupancy figures.
• Pets Sorry - no pets of any variety are allowed on the premises.
• Tents, camping and caravans The Local Authority do not allow camping anywhere on our premises
• Communications. All cheques should be made out to Mrs A.E.Tyzack and sent to Craven Hill Lodge, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berkshire United Kingdom RG20 0JG. Payments may be made by direct Bank Transfer on request.
