Jenny Turner is an experienced energy worker and teacher who is also a qualified counsellor. Her reason for choosing to teach and work with subtle energies as a therapist is that she knows the benefits at first hand, as well as from the people she has worked with.
In 1985 I became a Transcendental Meditator and meditated daily. In January 1993 I
brought the gift of
Reiki I into my life. In June of the same year I deepened my commitment to my own healing by doing
Reiki II
and
in January 1995 I became a Reiki Master/Teacher. For dates of Reiki classes go

A year later, but after three years training, I qualified
as a counsellor. I work in private practice as a teacher, counsellor and therapist for subtle energies. My
training in subtle energies work continues with the learning of a sophisticated energy system from the Ancient Mystery
Schools and various major traditions with the S.U.N. network. This is an organization that came into
existence to make these easily available. In September 1998 I qualified as a S.U.N. teacher, which enables me to teach
advanced energy classes. In August 1999 qualified as a 2nd level S.U.N teacher
which enables me to teach most of the S.U.N. classes.
I have been a member of the Whale and Conservation Society since about 1984 and have been fascinated
by whales and dolphins for most of my life. I discovered the wonderful work that International Dolphin Watch
was doing, such as working with dolphins and clinically depressed people and working with dolphins and
autistic children in the USA.
The magic of the dolphin world came alive for me. I encountered whales and dolphins in their natural environment when I
lived in the British Virgin Islands, and it was there that I realized that I had a special telepathic link with
them. This felt fundamental , natural and safe. Whenever I saw whales or dolphins I knew it was a good
omen, in spite of the tricky times I always seemed to be going through when they appeared. Their energy is
rather like Quan Yin's or the archetypal mother: safe, comforting, loving and nurturing. I knew that
everything would be OK.
At this time in my life I started working more deeply on a spiritual level. I was very connected to nature - in particular, the ocean and sea creatures. I lived by the ocean, and the ocean held a whole other world. When I snorkeled I became one with the fish and the ocean. When I sailed and returned to land I started to ground that feeling into my very soul and I know we are all part of this oneness.
Most of the workshops I facilitate in the UK are at Thornton Heath (less than 30 minutes by train from London Victoria or London Bridge), which is in the borough of Croydon, Surrey.
