This first floor flat consists of:
Two bedrooms (room1)

1 double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe and shower and 1 family bedroom
with a double and single bed.
Lounge There is a large sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps 2 if necessary. There is a TV and video (with a selection of videos) & plenty of books and games for the colder winter nights. A log effect electric stove gives a cosy atmosphere. The lounge is spacious and light as it is open plan with the kitchen.
The
new fitted kitchen has all the usual necessities (including washing
machine, fridge/deep freezer and microwave).
The bathroom has a bath and electric shower, lots of hot water at any time.
The whole flat is centrally heated. All linen and electricity included in the price.
