a)                  Minimum Postage Charged is £1.00 on all Orders

PAYMENTS

            This can be made in a variety of ways we accept Visa, MasterCard & Euro card, we also accept cheques with a guarantee card or postal orders payable to Lancashire Games and as a final option we also take cash.

Overseas clients may pay by any of the above methods, but overseas cheques do incur bank charges which you will have to pay, and can take 7 weeks to clear imposing a severe delay; therefore we recommend either credit card, postal order (IMO) or cash. 

DISCOUNTS

            A 10% Discount is available on orders over £100 this applies to all Standard packs/Command packs, Single Buildings and the Wargame Figure Painting Service

                We regret it is not possible to give this Discount to certain items such as Battle packs, Designer armies, etc as such items have discounts already built into there pricing structure

                We also offer a postal Discount to certain Societies equating to 10% such as SoA, please ask for details

 DELIVERY TIMES

            UNPAINTED FIGURES

We will despatch Lancashire Games items the same day, (stock permitting), or within 3 days. Other items we stock can take up to 28 days, due to the need at times to restock, see below for details, but we will always endeavor to be as quick as possible.

            PAINTED FIGURINES

                        Painted orders take between 7-9 from receipt of order.

There may be an extra delay if we have to obtain figures from another manufacturer and they take a while to send on the figures, this is very rare.

            BUILDINGS

We will despatch orders for buildings as with the Figurines our own will be sent with in 3 days.

Other stocked buildings can take up to 28 days if we are temporarily out of stock, otherwise they will be dispatched as our own.

            RULES, ETC,

Again we will endeavor to despatch these items as soon as possible but if we are out of stock they can take up to 28 days as some of our rules suppliers are not the quickest  at turn around

            SAMPLES

If you require a painted sample of our work please send £1.00 for a 15mm/20mm or £2.00 for a 25mm. If you require a 6mm painted sample then please send a strip of the miniatures along with a SAE or 2 IRC`s

If casting samples are required then please send £1.50 and we will send a representative mix of the period / army required
