Noted over the last twenty years have been:
Serial Model Details
WF408  Varsity T1 Arrived by road from Cosford 08/10/92, for use as a fire trainer.  It remained tail-less, parked near the tower. The engines and wings were removed in early 10/98 and the hulk departed by lorry on 14/10/98 to it's new owner, Sabre Securities of East Grinstead for use as a trainer. The engines were taken to Booker airfield and the props sold on to Pinewood film studios.
XS605  Andover E3 was parked near the tower, wearing markings applied for 115sqn's 75th anniversity. Arrived 02/95, (first noted 24/2/95).  Aircraft was kept intact until it was broken up in late October 1997.
XR137  Argosy E1 Arrived 10/01/78 as 'RRR860' for use as a fire trainer. It was burnt by mistake whilst filming The South Bank Show on the life of Roald Dahl who was a ex Hurricane pilot.  The fire service were apparently pleased because they did not like training on a high winged aircraft but the base commander was not. It became an unsafe structure and was scrapped soon after, having gone by 10/06/1987
WJ915/W  Varsity T1 Arrived 21/08/75, burnt out on fire dump by 10/78
VP973  Devon C1 Fuselage Arr. 10/02/77, Used as a ground trainer
TG513  Hastings C1A Arr. 26/09/75, destroyed on the fire dump by 1977
VP976  Devon C2/2   Noted tail-less on the fire dump 01/78 and 01/92.  Had gone by mid October 1992.
G-ASDO  Beech Baron A55 arrived from Jersey, first noted on dump June 1991. Noted in overall dark brown scheme October 1992.
