Comments: Several including Jody asked about the music in 2CV Online. The Home Page music is Hotel California by the Eagles. All the music is by .mid files, these are loaded with pages and play via the PC default player, normally Media Player. Files come from various websites giving free .mid files. To add music to your website, select "source" and cut and paste the section at the base of that page body, putting your .mid title instead.Add your .mid file by FTP as normal.

Comments: Great site full of very useful information for the 2CV first time buyer. I have owned many Tin Snails in the past 14 years and wish I had had this amount of insider knowledge when buying my first. Didn't put me of though and now cruise around (weather permitting) in "Jasmine" my early 1962 AZ 375cc, left hooker with suicide doors. Absolutely original with no welding on the chassis at all. Kinetic Art at it's best.

Comments: Greetings! I am enjoying your site. My wife and I have just returned from 3 weeks in France, Paris and Provence, where we saw at least 30 2cv's. Although we have been to England several times in the 1980s, we had not been to Paris since 1960 shortly after we were married in Canada. In 1960 we leased a new 2cv in Paris, and drove it over much of western Europe over a 2 month period, about 8300 km in all. It was fun to drive, once one got used to the gearshift and the relatively limited power it had to offer. We particularly enjoyed the open roof, and the fact that the back seat could be removed for une picnique, which we did many times. It was great to see so many 2cv's still in action in France. Cheers,

Comments: Me again... The "Spanish" brochure you've got is actually Portuguese, but you were only a couple of miles out! The Spanish, incidentally, don't seem to understand 2CVs at all, prefering awful diesel Seat Ibizas... I don't recall ever seeing a post-square headlight 2CV in Spain (and I lived there long enough!) so, bearing in mind they don't tend to rust over there, it's possible they never sold disc brakers there. I'm probably wrong though. Oh well, it's their loss whatever... Keep up the good work.
