    • Facilitating Meetings
    Many groups and organisations hold away days and special meetings to focus on organisational development, business and financial planning, project development, conflict resolution or reviewing the service. These meetings may be for staff and/or board members.

    Organisations often find it useful to have an independent external facilitator to help to structure the meeting and to enable full participation.

    Eileen Cann has wide experience of providing this service to voluntary and community groups and partnerships. The service can include:

    • setting objectives
    • preparation and structuring the day/meeting
    • chairing/facilitating on the day
    • writing up the meeting's outcomes.
