Q. If you do a call out and the call lasts for 11/2 hours will I be charged a 2 hour rate?

A. Unlikely I'm not in the business of sticking to the charges by the minute I would charge the flat rate £35.00 I don't charge for watching software load drinking tea or stroking the dog etc.

Q. Say my call last 20 minutes how much will you charge?

A. I would say around the £10.00 figure or less depending on travel costs 

Q. If you have to take the system away how long and how much will it cost? 

A. It would cost say for a reload £25.00 plus the call out and delivery back to you £35.00 Total £50.00

If I wouldn't pay it, I wouldn't expect you to!
