Kid's Stuff
| Welcome to our children's page. Our Sunday School meets each Sunday morning during Family Communion. We run a number of classes according to age-group and all children are welcome to join. Another group is "Tea & Tots" which is specially for mum's and young children. This group gathers in the church lounge between 10am and 11.30am every Thursday. St. John's also has strong links with Failsworth Scout Group. |  |

Scouts & Cubs visit Ellenroad

Recently, St. John's scouts and cubs visited the Engine House at Ellenroad, Milnrow. Ellenroad demonstrates, in steam, the world's largest steam mill engines. Here the lads are holding one of the spanners used for maintenance on the great engines. All of them were very impressed by the steam engines at Ellenroad and thoroughly enjoyed their visit. |
