It was yet another night of misery for Irish League football in Europe on Thursday night, when both sides involved in the UEFA Cup were knocked out on aggregate results resembling cricket scores.
Glentoran, facing Polish side Wisla Krakow went down 6-0 on aggregate while Linfield were defeated 5-1 by Norwegian side Stabaek.
In the absence of Linfield's official website (which I can confirm, is DEFINITELY on the way now), fansite theweeblues.net does a superb job.
With a busy messageboard, player interviews, and similar other features, this site is certainly aimed at Linfield fans, although it does include the likes of fixtures, results and club info which any club site worth it's salt is obliged to do.
