Albans Folk at the Festival, 2009 St
Albans Festival will run from June 20 to July 5 and the 'Folk at the
Festival' weekend will take place from June 26-28 2009. Our main events
are the Festival concert on Friday June 26 at 8pm at the Abbey
Theatre, Holywell Hill, featuring
Nancy
Kerr, James Fagan and Rob
Harbron, plus New Roots 2009 finalists Jonny Kearney and Lucy Farrell,
chosen by James and Nancy. Saturday will start with the Festival Parade
and Day of Dance and end with the Festival Ceilidh with Stomp
and caller Barry Goodman.
