Sessions
After thirty years, the sessions on Thursdays at the Rose and Crown, St Michael's Street have now been put to an end by the publican. Apparently there is now a great demand for hiring the pub for parties on Thursday nights. We should like to thank her predecessors for their support. There will be three more sessions at the Rose and Crown, as these are in the St Albans Festival programme, These will take place at 9pm on Thursdays June 17 and 24 and at 8pm on St Michael's Street Folk evening, Wednesday June 30.
Meanwhile, regular weekly sessions continue at the White Lion, Sopwell Lane on Wednesdays at 9pm, where musicians are made welcome.
