Arrival and Departure
Weekly holidays operate from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
The cottage must be vacated by 10a.m. to allow for cleaning, ready for the next visitors.

Linen
Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Towels are not included.

Central Heating and Fuel Charges
Ivy Cottage has oil fired central heating, the cost of which is included in the rent.
Electricity is also included. A small starter pack of fuel for the wood-burning stove
is also provided.

Other Information
Pets are not permitted at the cottage.
Smoking is not permitted at any time in the cottage.
We apologise but the cottage is not available for all male or all female parties.
Under no circumstances should the property be occupied by more than the stated
number at any time during the holiday.
