Odes, Prose and Cons

Whilst I was working 12 hour shifts at a CD factory, I found my mind wandering quite a bit. It was there, after all, where I finished Blood Lust and found myself scribbling silly little odes here and there.

Many of these were songs or in the pantos but got changed a little bit here and there.

Ode to a 21 year old - written in 1991 for Tina Eyre's 21st.
Pubic Awareness - written about the same time and used in my first stand-up routine in 1993.
This Time - originally a song used in '93 then adapted for the Soap Boys potential return.
Letting Her Down - another for the Soap Boys aka The Mutha Fuschias.
Oranges - A couple of silly ones I did at the CD factory.
Story Time - a fairy story that was used as a sketch but I shoved it in here.
She's Leaving (Hurrah!) - a poem I wrote for Felicity Utton when she was about to leave the company we worked at. I remember wanting to put in 'cunnilingus' in here somewhere but not finding a rhyme for it.
Poetic Licence - just a little ditty.
Cammy's Monster - one for the kiddies about the 'hero' from Blood Lust when he was a little boy.
