OCAD defines a legend text object as symbol number 805.0
A text object is a rotatable symbol, it can be rotated with the direction tool and will rotate with the map if the “include symbols” box is checked when the map is turned.

Text Spacing
To correctly space a new line of text beneath a existing line, choose the text symbol, select any drawing tool and click at the end of the line above where the new text should be, then press the return keyboard key to get to the correct point. The text will be a new object, not connected to the first text string.
