reproduce some of the old photos of the Bonfire Society with a view to

selling them.

Out Meetings

We had a very successful evening at Uckfield apart from 2 members not

finding their way to the minibus for the journey home.

Hastings – 12th October, roads close at 7pm, it was decided that we would

use public transport as there is a frequent train service. Roy will take

the banner by car. We need to meet before 7.30pm, at the Sea Angling

Association on the Stade.  We will discuss transport for other events at the next meeting.

Torches – We need to start making these. Please contact Ray on 01323 737809

to arrange a demo / torch workshop.

We need more members. Helen suggested taking photos of us at out

meetings to get published in the paper to encourage new members. Kevin will contact

Brighton University to get something put on their bulletin board or to

advertise at Freshers week. (Term starts 7th October).

Next meeting and AGM

Monday 7th October, 8pm at the Lamb.
