Our Church
Woodlands Methodist Church is situated close to the City Centre, the University of Glasgow, and the cosmopolitan West End.
Woodlands Methodist Church was established in 1977, but continues the tradition of Methodist worship in Glasgow which started in 1765.
The Church is housed in a listed building erected by the Swedenborgian New Church in 1907. The building was refurbished in 1994.
Woodlands Methodist Church is part of a Methodist Circuit of 11 churches in Glasgow and the surrounding area.
Six members of our congregation are local preachers.
