FEB/29/04 : Leeds 2-2 Liverpool
A pulsating game at Elland Road ended all square as Leeds continued their good run. Harry Kewell scored on his return to Elland Road with a goal identical to the one against Levski. Leeds fought back though with goals from Bakke and Viduka inside 10 minutes to put the home side on top. Just a few minutes later though Milan Baros scored a suberb goal from outside the box to level the match. After the break Liverpool had the better chances with Robinson pulling off fine saves from Hamann and Owen.The Reds though will be alittle dissapointed with only a point after a good performance.

FEB/27/04 : Houllier Touched by Fans
Gerard Houllier admitted that he was "touched" by the fans when his name rang around Anfield during the 2-0 over Levski Sofia. Houllier had been under alot of pressure because of recent results and Liverpool's situation in the league but it is clear alot of fans still back him.

FEB/16/04 : Reds Out of Cup, Replay- Pompey 1-0 Liverpool
Liverpool were knocked out of the FA Cup by portsmouth going down 1-0 at Fratton Park with Micheal Owen missing a spot kick.

FEB/15/04 : Liverpool 1-1 Portsmouth
The reds squandered a 1-0 lead against lowly Pompey to force a replay at Fratton Park. Liverpool started well with Micheal Owen sloting in a 1st minute goal past Shaka Hislop. The reds kept on the pressure but were unable to capilitise on the 1-0 lead. The second half saw Liverpool keep on the pressure with Anfield seeing several chances go begging. With the reds unable to kill off the game Matt Taylor scored with 13 minutes to go. The reds now goto Fratton park for the replay next Sunday.

FEB/11/04 : Liverpool 2-1 Man.City
A first goal for Micheal Owen in 10 games helped Liverpool
to a 2-1 win against struggling Man.City. Owen opened the
lead with just 3 mins gone recieving a through pass from Didi
Hamann he then chiped the ball with his left foot over the on
coming James. The rest of the half though didn't live up to the
start of the match and no side troubled the two keepers. Into
the second half and Shaun Wright Phillips made no mistake
sloting the ball past Dudek following a good run and pass from
former Red Mcmanaman. But Liverpool replied straight away
with another goal from Gerrard, Liverpool did have chances to
kill the game off through Le Tallec and Owen but the final score
ended 2-1 to the Reds.
