The original medieval plan of Ingleby Manor, with living areas arranged around two internal courtyards divided by the Great Hall, allowed us to create spacious and airy apartments with minimal alteration to the 16th Century house. Each is totally self-contained with its own entrances and lovely views over the surrounding gardens, woods and hills.
  
  

The atmosphere of an historic country house has been retained through the careful use of antique furniture and appropriate furnishings, and the installation of central heating and modern appliances such as dishwashers, microwaves etc make the apartments cosy and comfortable.
  

All apartments have colour TV, radio, electric cooker, automatic washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere, hand mixer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electric shaver points. East Wing, Pump Room and South Front have dishwashers. All have duvets with full bed linen provided. T-towels are provided. Towels are free for overseas visitors and available for hire for UK guests. Maid service can be arranged. Cots and high chair by arrangement - please bring own linen for cots. Babysitting by arrangement. Children’s playhouse. All electricity and CH by meter reading. Extra electric heaters available. Ample safe car parking. Payphone. East Wing, Pump Room and South Front have telephones connected to receive incoming calls. Private garden areas and freedom of grounds. Barbecue, Croquet, Table Tennis, Snooker, Billiards. Free fishing for brown trout. Shops/leisure centre 3 miles. Pub with bistro and restaurant half a mile.
