OUTREACH
Our creative outreach and evangelism opportunities have many different forms, including our monthly themed cafe 'The Mossy'.
The STAR Project (Support Trust Advise Refer) provides us with an opportunity to work alongside community groups and three other local churches of different denominations.
The Project has a drop-in flat where small group activities and individual support are held. As well as annual 'Community Carols', pictured here is our Good Friday Walk, our joint Easter event where we carry the Cross through the local housing schemes, stopping to pray, praise and read scriptures.
We also participate in other events facilitated by the Paisley and District Evangelical Alliance, for example 'March for Jesus', and 'On The Move'.

MAINTENANCE
The fellowship here at MCC all lend a hand in maintaining the church and it's grounds.
We take pride in our Sanctuary, which is well into its second century. It takes an incredible amount of behind-the-scenes work to keep it clean, tidy and freshly decorated! So we appreciate all of our faithful volunteers.

FUN AND FELLOWSHIP
And we must admit, we like to PARTY!! There is joy in knowing Jesus, and our lives express that in regular celebration. Birthdays, engagements, hen and stag nights, weddings, anniversaries, bon voyage and welcome home, the list goes on... Traditional Scottish Ceilidhs with a touch of line dancing and some karaoke are ever popular. We hope our lives become a witness as our neighbours see our toxin free fun. The angels rejoice in heaven over one lost sinner who returns, and I'm sure they must enjoy some of our special times too.
In summer we barbecue - and even holiday together, and in winter Pastor Hugh's Christmas events probably warrant a page of their own!!! We know this life is temporary, and this world is not our home, but we are enjoying it abundantly. (John 10:10)!!
