Always a popular guest speaker at MCC is Kingsley Armstrong - founder of 'The Joshua Project', a training course based on the book of Joshua designed to help people discover what their 'land' or 'ministry' was. Members of Mossvale benefited greatly from the teaching, and also participated in a second course based on the book of Judges, known as J.P.2. Most recently God has directed Kingsley and Cathy in a direct way serve their brothers & sisters overseas.

STRETCH is 'Sharing The Resources, Extending The CHurch' -
for churches in the UK to ‘stretch’ out to churches overseas. Co-ordinated by Kingsley, there are opportunites to twin up with churches from Ghana, the Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Romania, and Guatemala, where Pastors have limited resources but do an amazing work. The pound is so strong that it stretches to so much in these lands.

We have built a fruitful relationship with a Pastor in Ghana. Pastor Osmond is a man called by God from a Moslem background, now helping to reach the poor and needy, building an orphanage and school for the kids and with a vision to reach the West of Africa for Jesus.
Osmond has visited MCC in 2004 and 2006, and we have taken teams to Ghana twice. We are now very excited to be planning our third and largest trip yet to for October 2007.
