The Department uses a computerised records system. Patients give their details to the receptionist and the A&E card is then printed at the Nurse's Station in A&E.

Opposite the reception desk is an information screen which is regularly updated by the Triage Nurse regarding waiting times to see a doctor. This screen has identical information as is displayed on the Waiting Room Screen.
