There are two X-Ray rooms available for use in addition to the X-ray gantry in the resuscitation room. The triage nurse can request X-Rays on patients for isolated limb trauma following agreed protocols. If the radiographer suspects a fracture then they will place a red sticker on the film to alert the A+E doctor.
