Dr Anthony Gleeson
A graduate of University College Cork 1997, following my internship,
I completed a two year Basic Surgical Training Scheme in Dublin and
the Associate Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons in
Ireland 2001. Prior to starting the Specialist Registrar training
scheme I worked as Registrar/Clinical tutor in the Emergency
Medicine in St James' Hospital, Dublin. I have worked in a number of
other specialties relevant to A&E including anaesthetics, intensive
care medicine and medicine for the elderly. I have a particular
interest in pre hospital emergency and have successfully completed
the Diploma in Immediate Medical Care, Royal College of Surgeons,
Edinburgh
