Suspension:
Suspension in four
points by springs and shock absorbers.
The machine
requires no special foundation
Construction:
The frame is made
of steel plate, sandblasted and threated witch zinc to
avoid any possible corrosion. All the parts in contact
with water or chemicals are made of stainless steel.
The drum is
supported by heavy double barrel bearings. They are
mounted on a distance from the rear panel so water can
never penetrate them.
Drum:
1 compartment, made of stainless steel 3 or 4 mm,
continuous welded.
Heating:
Direct steam heating witch thermostatic temperature
control.
Inlet:
2 Pneumatic water valves, with filter and non-return
valves.
Outlet:
A large pneumatic, electronically controlled, drain gives
quick draining.
Steam
valves: pneumatically operated, with non-return
valve.
Compressed
air: inlet with lubricator.
All
electronical parts: are assembled in moisture-free
locations.
