This may be due to:

1. An error at the Lineone web server
2. An error or disablement on your PC

In case 1 above, there is little you can do if the ISPs server is down or has a problem, other than to try again a couple of hours later and again the next day. If the tabs still do not appear then it is likely to that the problem is with your own PC.

Note: Java is in world-wide use on the Internet and is also used for normal programming purposes. Although it is not catastrophic for you to be unable to see the Search tabs (and search trees) on my site - (the index page has other methods for finding pages on the site, such as A-Z index and Page links) - most sites today use Java so your enjoyment of a site and abilities to use different sites will be severely reduced.

Today's anti-virus checkers not only check for viruses from floppy disks and through local area networks, but also check email and coding in web pages. As Java is program coding within a web page then some anti-virus checkers are set to intercept Java and can result in the Java code not working. If you think this might be the case check the setup or configuration options for the anti-virus program and disable Java code checking.

Your browser (most people use Microsoft Explorer and to a lesser extent Netscape Navigator) will have advanced options to include Java functionality. In Internet Explorer, use Tools, Internet Options, Advance - find and tick the boxes in the Java section.

If you still cannot view sites with Java properly even after checking back on your ISP server, checking for anti-virus interference and Java enablement in your browser, then it could be hat your browser software has problems. Uninstall the browser and re-install it again if this is the case.
