E1 no 100 (previously 'Calvados') in Billinton black goods livery,
leaves the low level goods yard, between the two viaducts.

I3 no 22 thunders across the bridge over the goods road, with the
London express..

D1 'Rottingdean', resplendent in Stroudley passenger livery, pulls
into the high-level platform.
The four roads here are (from the far side) up slow, up fast, down fast
and down slow. |
Terrier no 678 (formerly 'Knowle') propels its motor coach into the
station. Knowle is now back in steam, on the Kent and Sussex Railway.
