With Labour back in power, this is what their manifesto said on cycling. It’s certainly pretty skimpy (though the Tories wholly omitted the subject) but may still be useful to quote when writing to MPs. At least it implies they intend cycling conditions to become more attractive. If there was a separate Welsh Labour manifesto with anything different, or other useful comments on transport, please tell us if you know.
