The forthcoming biennial conference of the European Cyclists Federation, intended to have a lasting influence on the development of cycling, takes place in Dublin (May 31 – June 3). The focus will on a vision-led, integrated strategy approach, recognising that each city is unique, and that the role of cycling is highly variable.

‘Delivering the Vision’ should appeal to cities that are wondering where to start, or to those that are disappointed at their achievements. So, how about a Cardiff or Welsh presence at this enjoyable and sociable event?
